Job Description As a result of recent acquisitions, we recognize that we have an opportunity to streamline and refine our processes and systems to best optimize the new additions to our product line. Ultimately, we want to help our sales and customer support teams ensure that our clients have the best solution possible for their needs and can capitalize on their investment. We are looking for an innovative, self-starting Senior IT Business Analyst to create and drive technology initiatives that propel us to sell faster and more intelligently, while delighting our customers. This person will be tasked with understanding the sales cycles and customer segments of the different brands we serve, helping our business partners realize synergies and opportunities to grow our market share, leveraging various systems to enhance our processes
Responsibilities:
Work with our eCommerce, CRM, subscription, and CPQ technical teams to detail current and future features, developing a deep understanding of integration points and data intersections Work with business units to achieve business process optimization through development of user journey maps, building wireframes, documenting current state, formulating future state, and conducting gap analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with the Community, Sales, and Finance groups to understand business goals and prioritize tasks and initiatives to achieve desired outcomes Achieve clarity on the support and sales processes with an aim to identify process breakthroughs and reduce friction for internal teams, partners and end customers Interview SME's to define as-is and ideal state processes including systems interactions, performing gap analysis to produce a roadmap to achieve partner goals Review requests for new functionality and challenge submissions to ensure processes are optimized ahead of specifying requirements Develop detailed use cases and acceptance criteria, working with developers and QA teams to ensure they are equipped with the information they need to reliable quality Eliminate pain points of existing business or solution development processes Desired Skills/
Qualifications:
Experience with Product Management, Development processes, and/or business applications implementation Entrepreneurial mindset to solve problems that will let your enterprise advance Experience with eCommerce, CPQ, Salesforce, CRM, and/or subscription services would be a bonus Basic Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 8
