We need people who can work with us as a team! This is NOT your regular type of work experience.
Our owners are focused on a positive atmosphere with great monthly incentives and benefits! This barista would possibly assist in opening and mid-morning shifts and it would be up to them if they could work or not.
There would be no set schedule.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards Properly handle and maintain all equipment Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures Serve customers quickly and efficiently Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings Observe relevant health and safety standards Qualifications for Barista Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred, but don't stress, we can teach you! Ability to read and speak English proficiently Strong ability to multi-task Basic mathematical skills Ability to problem solve quickly Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow directions Preferred Skills &
