Prior dealership Parts experience required.

Contact vendors for ordering parts.
Maintain petty cash records for reimbursement.
Check all incoming purchases against invoices; stock supplies in appropriate bins.
Maintain a pending file of purchase orders and C.

Keep a general inventory of parts in stock Qualifications Considerable knowledge of automotive parts identification.
Ability to handle petty cash.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors.
Skill in maintaining inventory of parts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
