This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a medical setting and wants to grow with us.
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice Manage patient scheduling and insurance billing Assist with new provider orientation and provider training Assist with new patient care and referral management Assist with new provider orientation and staff training Assist with new provider orientation and staff training Manage internal staff communications, including scheduling, training, and new providers Assist with billing, insurance claim submission, and other administrative tasks as needed Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and company policies Other duties as assigned Education &
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred.
At least one year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
Experience working in an office setting preferred.
