We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, and friendly person to join our team.
Our practice is a fast-paced, 4 optometrist office located in a busy retail setting.
The applicant must be professional in attitude and appearance with the willingness to be part of a team in a medical/commercial setting.
Computer skills are required and experience with OfficeMate software is a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Eyewear fashion consulting Insurance verification and explanation Optical lens consulting Prescription lens verification with a lensometer Troubleshooting vision problems Frame adjustments and repairs Quoting prices Billing out medical procedures Communicating to patients via email and telephone Ordering lenses accurately through several portals The position is for approximately 40 hours per week including some Saturday hours.
Customer service is our priority, so a great personality is a must.
No experience is required, but sales and optical experience will be given preference.
