Essential Responsibilities Automotive Accounting experience (Required) CDK experience Preferred but not required Proficient in Excel, general knowledge of computer functions Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Able to work with a team as well as self-sufficient Provide administrative support to management and sales department as needed.
Any other accounting duties assigned by management Daily/Weekly Tasks included but not limited to:
CIT posting Bank reconciliation Floorplan payoffs and additions Rebate submitting Costing/Posting deals Semi monthly sales commission calculation/reconciliation Must be able to multi-task and work other jobs within accounting if another employee is absent Post warranty sales remittance monthly and reconcile schedule Process warranty cancellations Reconcile schedules.
Job Requirements Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment; Flexible work schedule; All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.
