Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
As a Barista at Wake Oasis, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and other tools in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
Keep the workspace clean and organized, including coffee preparation areas and customer seating areas.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for quality coffee.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
