We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for all hotel guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit functions including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and setting up breakfast service.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or inquiries.
- Ensure the security of the property during the night shift.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous.
