Typical daily responsibilities will include cleaning & maintaining public areas, as well as general preventative maintenance.
Maintenance Duties:
shampooing carpets, light electrical work (changing an outlet or wall switch), light plumbing (plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks, etc), studio preventive maintenance programs, preventive pesticide treatments, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, drywall repair, painting and caulking.
Maintaining the property and guest laundry facilities.
Housekeeping Duties:
check-out preps whenever guests exit their rooms.
Implementation of the CLEAN & SAFE programs.
In the event of staff shortage, the Property Attendant can be asked to perform stay-over cleans.
Respond to requests from immediate supervisor and follow-up.
Responsible for knowing property emergency procedures
Qualifications:
Those with Experience at a hotel or apartment complex will be given greater consideration.
Must be able to pass background & screening for hard narcotics & opioids prior to hire.
Shifts tend to start at either 8am or 9am Team-player Reliable transportation is required Physical:
Standing for prolonged periods Repetitive stair-climbing Kneeling and/or squatting Climbing ladders Lifting 50 lbs Pushing and pulling 20 lbs Job Type:
