The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for fielding calls, managing leads and scheduling leads for outside sales consultants.
We are looking for a go getter that can help our company continue to grow.
The ideal candidate would exhibit the following characteristics:
Answer inbound calls Schedule customer appointments to begin the sales process Assist with the collection of deposits after the contract is signed Follow up with and reschedule customers as needed Contact prospects through phone calls, emails and text messages Proven track record in building and maintaining a successful relationships with new and existing customers Ability to work as a team player, in a sales team environment Must be proficient with Google Business Suite Excellent verbal communication and time management skills Dependable and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done Strong attention to detail is essential Willing to listen and learn
Qualifications:
Previous experience preferred Detail Oriented Client focused Ability to influence and persuade Strong communication skills (verbal / written) Confident and driven to be the best Flexibility, leadership, independence Motivation and drive to plan account and sales strategies to exceed sales objectives Ability to make sound business decisions Strong Basic PC skills' 'Typical end time:
